SILICON SLOPES, UT — Soar, an AI-powered platform that unlocks human potential by helping individuals discover strengths, tools, and people to succeed and find happiness at work and in life, has hired a leadership team that includes Anne Herbster, former Senior Director of Human Engagement at Life Reimagined and former VP of Marketing at AARP; Judy Diaz, former CMO at Politico and Senior VP of Marketing at AARP; Peter Haws, former VP of Sales at J3 Marketing; and Nate McConkie, Marketing Leader at DISH Network and Chief of Brand & Creative at Qualtrics. Together these leaders bring decades of expertise and position Soar as a true leader in coaching platforms.
As VP of Coach Experience at Soar, Anne Herbster builds on her work designing, building, and managing an innovative online coaching platform that provides one-on-one life coaching through a subscription-based program at AARP’s Life Reimagined. As the new VP of Coach Experience at Soar, Herbster oversees the end-to-end coach experience team responsible for driving acquisition, revenue, growth, and retention of coaches.
Judy Diaz joins Soar as the Senior VP of Strategy. She brings her experience as the former CMO at Politico, former Senior VP at AARP and former President of PBS Next Avenue. While at AARP and PBS Next Avenue she launched two digital startups (Life Reimagined at AARP and Next Avenue at PBS). At Soar she leads overall strategy, planning, and company roadmap with special focus on the coach experience, customer success and strategic partnerships.
Peter Haws, the new VP of Inside Sales at Soar, leverages his experience as VP of Sales at J3 Marketing, a marketing agency that offers a range of services including social media, market research, branding, video production, design, print, and PR. “Peter brings a wide array of skill sets to Soar that puts the company at the forefront of inside sales,” says Paul Allen, CEO at Soar. “He’s optimizing our efforts on a range of fronts.”
Nate McConkie joins Soar as the Chief Marketing Officer, bringing experience as a Marketing Leader at DISH Network, the Chief of Brand and Creative at Qualtrics, and the Creative Director in numerous ad agencies, working on brands such as McDonald’s, Sprint, and the NCAA. Nate leads the marketing and brand efforts, distinguishing Soar in a competitive market.
